C’est mon énorme coup de coeur et recommandation +++ (≧∇≦) | Enjoying fresh Baumkuchen, and doing this at the head-quarter patisserie which have perpetuated the first Japanese Baumkuchen, what a moving delight! The elegant shop offers a wide variety of original Baumkuchen, including an apple-shaped one with apple at its core, suggesting a cooking technique that must be even more difficult, yet perfectly executed *_* And above all: the tea room offers the Baumkuchen Meister, exclusive to the head-office, freshly cut in front of the customers, as if it was a delicacy prepared in the minute. Just for this cake, the city of Kobe is worth a visit! This is my huge favorite and my +++ recommendation (≧∇≦ ) |
