Cette pâtisserie m’a été présentée par un foodie japonais (mille merci Mutsu-san !) comme étant son préféré et… c’est devenu mon préféré o Il n’y a pas d’espace salon de thé mais les gâteaux 100% faits main valent le détour. Méga coup de cœur de tous les temps pour le Chaud-froid de fraise, mystérieusement glacé d’un brillant lait onctueux cachant une variété de pâtes et de crèmes. Le mariage du moelleux très spongieux et du croquant très croustillant, du crémeux délicat et de la fraise parfumée, est absolument divin ! Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la fantastique surprise des textures et des saveurs en bouche !! Mega crush of all time for the strawberry Chaud-froid, mysteriously icy with shiny smooth milk hiding a variety of pastes and creams. The association of very spongy softness and very crunchy crispy, with delicate creamy texture and fragrant strawberry flavor, is absolutely divine! The pictures do not do justice to the fantastic surprise of textures and flavors in the mouth!!
