Ma cantine préférée ! Ici, on mange la cuisine japonaise faite maison des mamans, préparé et chaleureusement servis par des dames chez qui on entre comme chez soi. Commencez par payer le forfait de 750 yens (pas cher !!), puis choisissez 1 plat principal (les protéines) et 2 accompagnements (les légumes), le tout sera avec un bol de riz et un bol de soupe miso. Quand on dit que les repas japonais sont équilibrés, voyez le rapport des proportions, c’est naturellement healthy. Et tellement bon !! Déguster plusieurs petits plats est un plaisir en soi. Mon bonheur simple : prendre un oeuf cru pour le manger en tamago kake gohan.	My favorite canteen! Here, we eat Japanese home cooking as it is usually prepared by moms. When it is said that Japanese meals are well-balanced, you just have to see it through the ratio of proportions, it is naturally healthy. And so good!! Tasting several dishes is a pleasure in itself. My simple happiness: take a raw egg in order to eat it as tamago kake gohan.
