C’est sur un comptoir au charme authentique de l’usure du temps qu’on prend place après avoir acheté son ticket de commande en machine. Qui croirait que, parmi tous les salarymans solitaires et pressés, on pourrait déguster… un fantastique ramen, festival de goût en bouche ?! Mention spéciale au plat lui aussi nommé « Akasaka ramen » et sa « pente rouge » de légumes ultra pimentée, un régal !
